This is one of many advanced features such as uploading and integrating your own networks with other network sources, uploading your own pathway lists and building pathway models, and uploading annotation files for easily annotating your networks. These features require a collaboration agreement with the Broad Institute.

Where do I start?
After closing this message you will be presented with an analysis form in which you can paste in gene sets (HUGO gene names only) to either:
Option 1: (default) Quickly visualize the network formed by this gene set using a variety of network options such physical interactions, gene expression, etc. Also quickly identify clusters of genes based on connectivity, conduct our visual gene set enrichment, and more!
Option 2: Submit a more extensive Pathway Anlysis that is packed with features to identify pathways and predicts new genes. This option also provides a connectivity p-value to quickly assess if your gene set is more connected than we would expect by chance and many other publication ready outputs for you to download - including an assessment of any established or novel drug-targets (along with the drugs) for each of the genes in your gene set as well as the genes we predict are involved in the same process(es) as the rest of your gene set.
